Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large saucepan sprayed with non-stick spray,
  • sauté onion, garlic and carrots over low heat to soften (about 5 minutes)
  • Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano & salt
  • bring to a boil
  • Lower heat and simmer 15 mins. or until beans are tender
  • Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
  • For a change, try spinach and cannellini beans, stir in when adding zucchini
  • Make it to suit your taste, use different vegetables for a different flavor
  • 4 1 cup servings
  • 42 calories per serving

    Awesome soup. Easy to make and very good. I added a little extra basil and oregano and a few more veggies. But was still awesome soup.

    Girlfriend has been at me to make a veggie soup. So will have to try this out for her, and as it is a WW recipe she can't complain I'm making her fat lol
