Easy Chicken Fingers

- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 lbs boneless, chicken breasts, cut into 1 in strips shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine the milk and egg, beat well
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture then in the flour mixture, coating completely
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking
- Add the chicken in batches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until no pink remains and the coating is golden
- Remove to a paper towel lined platter to drain
- Serve immediately
