How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine the milk and egg, beat well
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well
  • Dip the chicken in the egg mixture then in the flour mixture, coating completely
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking
  • Add the chicken in batches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until no pink remains and the coating is golden
  • Remove to a paper towel lined platter to drain
  • Serve immediately
