Ingredients

2 oranges

Grated peel of one orange

1 peach, nectarine, banana, or kiwi, peeled and mashed

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

* To make 2-star shaped orange shells, cut each orange as follows:

Insert tip of paring knife, diagonally, half way between stem and blossom ends. Cut around orange,(inserting knife in, and pulling out) in a zig zag pattern. Make sure to cut through to center of orange. Give a slight twist to pull apart halves. Carefully ream out juice; drink or reserve for cooking. Scrape shells "clean" with spoon.

In a bowl combine orange peel, peach and ice cream; return to freezer. Scoop frozen ice cream into orange shells. Makes 4 servings
