Easy Delicious No-knead Whole Wheat Bread

- COMBINE IN A LARGE MIXER BOWL shopping list
- 3 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 3 packages dry yeast (not Rapid Rise) shopping list
- HEAT IN A SAUCEPAN UNTIL VERY WARM (120-130) shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS shopping list
- warmed liquids shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- WIth dough hook or paddle blend all the above at low speed in the same mixer bowl until moistened
- Beat at medium speed 3 minutes
- THEN STIR IN BY HAND *5-6 cups white unbleached flour*
- Use enough flour of the white flour to form a stiff batter
- Leave in same bowl
- Cover and let rise until doubled (can use clean tea towel, or Saran Wrap)
- Stir down, and spoon into * 2 * greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pans
- Let rise about 30 minutes
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes
- When done, bread will sound hollow when thumped
- Turn out on rack to cool*
- *If you have no will power, go ahead and slice with a bread knife very carefully. Some of the steam will escape, and the slice that you are cutting might collapse abit, but it is worth it just to savor that delicious taste of freshly baked bread. Have a stick of unsalted butter nearby, and you are there! ENJOY. :)
