How to make it

  • Bring sugar and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Boil, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves; cool completely.
  • Combine cooled syrup, lemon juice, and reaspberries; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • Scoop sherbet into punch bowl or pitcher just before serving.
  • Combine juice mixture and carbonated water; pour over sherbet.

    This is going to be so good this summer with some coconut macaroons on the side. I'm only going to add 1/2 cup of sugar though, organic of course :) wonderful post.
