How to make it

  • TO KNEAD (My way :)
  • Turn dough onto floured board
  • PUSH and PULL and FLIP sides over and PUSH with palms of hands, working just a little flour into the dough each time
  • Dough will begin to feel less sticky
  • Pick up the dough, and slap it a couple of times, and knead a little more, adding only a LITTLE flour each time
  • Soon, the dough will begin to look "stretchy" and a little silky and smooth
  • GREAT FOR YOUR MUSCLES. GREAT EXERCISE. AND A REAL
  • GREAT STRESS RELIEVER!
  • HAVE FUN!
