Tasty Chicken And Brandy Cream

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup (undiluted) shopping list
- 1 (4 oz.) can or 4 oz. fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup brandy shopping list
- parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- granulated or powdered garlic, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Brown chicken breasts in butter. Add seasoning.
- In a casserole dish, combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and brandy.
- Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
