How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Press biscuits into greased muffin tin,covering the bottom and sides of cups.
  • In a hot skillet brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add onion and barbeque sauce.
  • Simmer until onion is translucent.
  • Spoon beef mixture into cups and top with cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and cups are golden brown.
  • Serve with garden salad.
