Low Fat Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins Recipe
A sweet breakfast dish that's healthy and one that kids will love!!!

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Mash bananas
  2. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir.
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir [ We put in 1/2 cup first then add more if needed]
  4. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy
