Chocolate Donuts

This one is for those yummie cake type donuts if you prefer them over the raised ones Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 sq unsweeten chocolate shopping list
- 2 tbsp shorting shopping list
- 3 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chocolate & shorting melt over low heat (cool).
- Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy add vanilla & chocolate mix well.
- Add milk, beat well
- Stir in dry ingred. until well blended. Chill dough
- 2 hours
- Roll & cut drop in hot oil until done
