This one is for those yummie cake type donuts if you prefer them over the raised ones Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 sq unsweeten chocolate
  • 2 tbsp shorting
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Combine chocolate & shorting melt over low heat (cool).
  2. Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy add vanilla & chocolate mix well.
  3. Add milk, beat well
  4. Stir in dry ingred. until well blended. Chill dough
  5. 2 hours
  6. Roll & cut drop in hot oil until done
