Orzo Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup orzo

Fresh parsley

Pre-cooked shrimp (About 1/2 lb.)

2 tomatoes

I cucumber

1 red onion

4 oz. feta

Salt and pepper to taste

Your favorite salad dressing

Directions

Cook and drain orzo

Grill shrimp until warmed up

Mix everything together

Excellent warm, cold or room temperture
