Orzo Salad
Still trying to use up my tomato crop. I found this using an ingredients search of shrimp, orzo and tomatoes. To anyone new lurking about, the ingredient search works very well on this site, in my opinion.
The recipe is pretty lacking in instructions, or destructions as pso would say. I thought about putting a whole cucumber, two tomatoes and a red onion in a bowl with the other stuff and taking a picture, but I thought that would be pretty snarky. :-P So, I chopped up everything before picture time. Very filling and it makes a lot. I hope I don't get tired of it before its all gone. Or maybe one of the boys at work can use some lunch tomorrow.

I love salads like this, especially during our hot Summer months! The instructions were pretty vague, but looks like you got it Frankieanne! Lovely pics..pretty salad!
