	easy side salsa corn tomato scallions jalapeno pepper

Ingredients

1 box frozen corn kernels cooked

1 tomato diced

2 scallions chopped

2 jalapeno peppers minced

2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

4 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In large bowl stir together all ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
