Breaded Garlic Chicken Breasts Recipe

This quick and easy dinner can be made in minutes - most of the prep can be done ahead of time and then just pop it into a fry pan and in 10 minutes you have a great entree

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves skinless
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 8-10 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Habanero Spread
Directions
- Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, Lemon pepper and set aside. Flatten each chicken breast to approximately 1/4" by pounding between sheets of Waxed paper.
- Brush one side of each chicken breast with garlic habanera spread, then press into the bread crumb mixture, repeat on the other side.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, coat with vegetable spray, add chicken breasts and cook until done Approx. 3 minutes each side. Serve each chicken breast with 1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Habanero Spread

I most certianly do will have to check my archived recipes and will post it just for you - its a combination of scotch bonnet, jalepano and chipotle peppers

Hey Donman chefmeow has the same recipe as I use for habenaro sauce - to say the least it is identical to mine so need for me to post another recipe - but I am sure since you like cajun foods you must be able to get some great bottled habernaro sauces
