How to make it

  • In a large bowl,mix all meatball ingredients together.
  • Shape into 1 1/2" - 2" balls.
  • Place side by side in a 9" x 13" lightly greased baking dish. If all of the meatballs will not fit,use an additional baking dish.
  • Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Sauce recipe can be doubled.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meatballs are no longer pink in the middle.
  • Serve over rice,garlic mashed potatoes,egg noodles,or as appeitizers.
  • Suggestion: Add some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to the sauce for an extra kick.
