- 1# beef tenderloin shopping list
- 2 Tbs. exra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 small lemon-sliced - salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- leave beef in freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour,until beef is half frozen
- using an electric knife or slicing machine,cut beef into very thin slices
- arrange beef in serving plates and sprinkle with oil and vinegar
- season with salt and pepper-garnish with lemon slices
- serve with rye bread
