I meant to tell you, when I made this last night, I added just a little lemon to the avocado mixture and then I topped the wedges with Pico and it kicked it up just a little. Not that it wasn't good to begin with, we just like things super spicy :)

Just wanted to say - we made this only yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact we'd go so far as to use that overused expression: awesome.

We were puzzled as to how to crimp the edges enough to keep the mixture from spilling out. In the end we use a little water on the ends of our fingers which sealed the tortillas perfectly.

I can certainly recommend this to anyone who wants a Tex-Mex kinda snack quickly and effectively. Well done and thanks Chef M.

Amazed that no one else has commented on this recipe yet. Made them the other day and they were fabulous. They will definitely be an item that I will make on a regular basis! Thanks for posting the recipe.
