How to make it

  • Boil two eggs (6 minutes)
  • Place a handful of diced bacon in a saucepan and fry until dark brown.
  • Set aside and let cool
  • Roast strips of bell peppers in the same pan until soft with black spots
  • Set aside and let cool
  • Place sliced mushrooms in pan and spice with your favourite spice
  • Saute until dark brown, set aside and let cool
  • Halve a few cherry tomatoes
  • Place the salad greens in a flat bowl
  • Spread the now cooled peppers evenly over the bed of salad
  • Do the same with the cooled bacon and the mushrooms
  • Cut the eggs in thin slices
  • Garnish with the halved tomatoes and slices of egg
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic (3 olive oil to 1 balsamic)
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Enjoy with slices of cold Kassler and a cucumber & zucchini salad
