These are really easy to make, I always make double and never have leftovers. There great served with a Greek dipping sauce.

Have you ever tried this w/ ground chicken? I think it still may be warm enough down here to use the grill this week...though I think it is suppose to be in the 30s later this week, but I'm sure it will warm up to the 70s by next week...that is the thing about Texas...if you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes, it will change!
