CornFlakes Chicken Recipe
This recipe has been around forever, I dont know where its from. This is how I make it. The chicken has always been incredibly juicy made this way. I dont measure for alot of foods I make and this is one of them.

Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 to 3 Eggs whites
  • Honey
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Corn Flakes Cereal (they have cornflake crumbs out now)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Crush up cornflakes in blender or processor just pulse a few times to make crumbs.
  3. Mix Honey into egg whites stir good with fork
  4. Dip chicken into egg white mix and coat with Cornflake crumbs
  5. Spray baking sheet with oil or use non stick foil
  6. Spritz top of chicken with olive oil
  7. Bake chicken about 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees
  8. Till golden brown or juices run clear
  9. Mix Honey and Dijon mustard together
  10. Spread on plate and place chicken on it or drizzle over top of chicken
  11. Roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables are what I make with this.

This sounds delicious! I have not tried the corn flakes recipes but I will try this one.
