Party punch calls for festive giant frozen ice cubes capturing bright slices of fresh citrus.

Ingredients
  • Lemons, thinly sliced
  • Limes, thinly sliced
  • Oranges, thinly sliced
  • Non-alcoholic punch or water
  • Muffin Pan

Directions
  1. To make the ice cubes, thinly slice lemons, limes and oranges.
  2. Layer the slices in muffin cups.
  3. Fill each cup halfway with water or non-alcoholic pucnh and freeze..
  4. TIP: Use teflon muffin cups so ice cubes slide out easily. Or lightly spray each cup with non-stick spray.
