This cheese ball has a different twang to it. If you like onions you will love this! You can leave the olives off. Use just enough mayo to hold it together.. I got this recipe from a lady at work...she used to make it for office parties... My sons ... More

Ingredients
- 2 regular size cream cheese softened
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 bottle dried beef slices, minced
- black olives chopped
- 3 Tablespoons mayo
- Paprika to taste
Directions
- Combine cream cheese with mayo, green onions, paprika and chopped chipped beef.
- Roll in chopped black olives.
- Refrigerate and serve with crackers

Very simular to mine but we leave off the black olives and paprika and add garlic. Of course we love onions and garlic. Have to give your version a try too. Thanks.
