Tuna And Vegetables A La Greque

- Salad shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups, French cut green beans, cooked or use canned, drained shopping list
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, cut in halves or regular tomato wedges shopping list
- 1 Cup thinly sliced carrots shopping list
- 1 Cup thinly sliced zucchini shopping list
- 1/2 Cup slivered green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 12 ounce can tuna packed in water, drained and broken into chunks shopping list
- vinaigrette shopping list
- 1/2 C red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 C canola oil shopping list
- 2 Tbl chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar or scant tsp of Splenda shopping list
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a large nonmettalic bowl, stir together all salad ingredients
- Place vinaigrette ingredients in a shaker and shake well or whisk together well.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat
- Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours before serving
- Drain in colander, transfer to serving bowl
- Makes 4 to 5 servings
