Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large nonmettalic bowl, stir together all salad ingredients
  • Place vinaigrette ingredients in a shaker and shake well or whisk together well.
  • Pour over salad and toss to coat
  • Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours before serving
  • Drain in colander, transfer to serving bowl
  • Makes 4 to 5 servings
