How to make it

  • Cut the bread into rounds about 11/2" thick
  • Mix together the mayo, parmesan and garlic
  • spread on each round, not too thick
  • sprinkle with paprika
  • place on cookie sheet and back at 425 degrees for about 10-12 min
  • until nicely browned on top or broil but keep a close eye on it.
  • Any remaining mixture can be refrigerated and use as needed.
