Candied Walnuts Recipe

	Jojo1952 / All my dishes 1 year, 10 months ago These candied walnuts are so good, they are great sprinkled on a salad, over ice cream, or just eat them like they are. I put 15 minutes for cook time, but it all depends on how long it takes to reach 234.F on a candy thermometer. Prep:5m Cook:15m Servings:8	Jojo1952

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

3 cups walnuts

Directions

Combine sugar and sour cream in heavy saucepan. Cook to 234.F stirring constantly, add vanilla.

Add nuts, stir until coated.

Spead on buttered cookie sheet.

Quickly spread apart with forks. Let cool
