Healthy Buffalo Chicken Fingers

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into finger-sized pieces shopping list
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1 Tsbp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- buffalo wing sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all dry ingredients (but not bread crumbs) in a bag.
- Coat chicken strips in mixture.
- Put Buffalo wing sauce in a bowl and dip flour coated chicken.
- Put Panko bread crumbs in a bag and coat chicken.
- Place on baking stone or cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes @ 400 degree F.
- You might want extra wing sauce for dipping!
