How to make it

  • In a double boiler, melt the cheddar and cream cheese.
  • When melted and smooth, add one cup of beer and spices.
  • Stir well to blend. Add more beer for thinner texture if desired.
  • Serve with crackers, pita triangles, or crudites. Makes about a quart.
