How to make it

  • Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
  • add mushrooms, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook over med. heat stirring often, 4 minutes, or until soft.
  • Turn off heat, and immediatly pour Chardonnay onto mushrooms.
  • Add parsley and toss.
  • Its that simple! You can use fresh parsley if desired at the end.
