Chardoney Mushrooms

- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1/4 c. garlic poder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms quartered shopping list
- 1/4 c. chardonnay shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
- add mushrooms, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over med. heat stirring often, 4 minutes, or until soft.
- Turn off heat, and immediatly pour Chardonnay onto mushrooms.
- Add parsley and toss.
- Its that simple! You can use fresh parsley if desired at the end.
