Ingredients
  • 1 pound small red potatoes
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. In medium pan, cook potatoes in boiling, salted water for 25 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Cool.
  2. Meanwhile, cook green beans in boiling water for 12 to 14 minutes, or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Peel and dice potatoes. Toss with green beans, onions, olive oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
