Bean and Potato Salad

- 1 pound small red potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups fresh green beans shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In medium pan, cook potatoes in boiling, salted water for 25 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Cool.
- Meanwhile, cook green beans in boiling water for 12 to 14 minutes, or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Peel and dice potatoes. Toss with green beans, onions, olive oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
