Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a 1 qt saucepan melt butter and saute celery and onion until tender
  • Stir in stuffing, parsley, lemon juice and peel, salt and pepper; set aside
  • Cut each fillet to make 8 halves; place 4 halves in an ungreased square baking dish or pan
  • Top each with 1/4 C of the stuffing and top with remaining halves
  • Melt 1/3 C butter; stir in dill weed
  • Pour dill butter over fillets
  • Bake in center of oven 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes
  • Spoon sauce over fish and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes

    Gotta love the seafood recipes...and I can use some of my lemon too! I'll have to get some fish tomorrow!

    Hey guys... great post. I'm usually a stronger "flavor" fish guy.. but this will be tried the next time I get some fresh flounder fillets from the coast... thanks.....dave
