Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets (wild salmon preferred)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
  • salt/pepper

Directions
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Prepare salmon fillets by placing them on a sheet of aluminum foil. Salt liberally, then add pepper, garlic, olive oil and parsley.
  3. Once the grill reaches a medium-high heat, place foil containing salmon onto grill.
  4. Close lid.
  5. Keep a close watch on the salmon.
  6. Depending on the thickness, it should be done in 10-15 minutes.
  7. Test for doneness with a fork.
  8. If fish flakes easily, it is done.
  9. Can cook on an indoor grill 5-7 minutes or 5-7 minutes per side, depending on the type of grill used..
