How to make it

  • Mix ice cream and peanut butter together on low speed for one minute.
  • Pour into pie curst and freeze until firm about 3 hours.
  • Warm topping slightly and spoon over ice cream mixture.
  • Return to freezer.
  • Serve with whipped topping on each piece.

    I have a peanut butter pie that my family loves but have never had it made with ice cream. Loving it already.
