Ingredients
  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, trimmed and cubed
  • 3 Shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed and halved (Not sure about this measurement, use your judgement)
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Worsestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbspn Garlic Powder
  • All-Purpose or Rice Flour (Rice Flour dissolves better)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • More Balsamic Vinegar, Oil, Soy and Worsestershire Sauce to add if the sauce isn't strong enough. (Optional, for people with weak taste buds like me.)

Directions
  1. In a wok or large frying pan, sautee the shallots and peppers over high flame until slightly browned, 5-8 minutes.
  2. Turn flame down to medium and add the chicken.
  3. Add the sauces, oil and spices to taste.
  4. Sautee, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes, then add the green beans.
  5. Sautee an additional 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Stir flour with cold water in a seperate bowl with a fork until smooth, then slowly add to the sauce to thicken. You may use corn starch or arrowroot instead, but flour is cheaper, and tastes better.
  7. Serve over rice or ramen noodles. It's Mmm-mm Good, bitch!
