Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a wok or large frying pan, sautee the shallots and peppers over high flame until slightly browned, 5-8 minutes.
  • Turn flame down to medium and add the chicken.
  • Add the sauces, oil and spices to taste.
  • Sautee, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes, then add the green beans.
  • Sautee an additional 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Stir flour with cold water in a seperate bowl with a fork until smooth, then slowly add to the sauce to thicken. You may use corn starch or arrowroot instead, but flour is cheaper, and tastes better.
  • Serve over rice or ramen noodles. It's Mmm-mm Good, bitch!
