How to make it

  • Combine mushrooms, shallots, parsley, wine and butter in a saucepan
  • Place fish on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Bring to a boil, turn to simmer immediately and simmer 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
