Endives Au Gratin

- 8 to 10 endives shopping list
- 8 ounces package low-fat cream cheese shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 4 tablespoons grated swiss cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Steam endives.
- Beat egg yolks with cream cheese and 3/4 of the grated Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place endives in an ovenproof dish and cover with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Cover the dish and cook for 25-30 minutes.
