Jello Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat oil, margarine, sugar, jello, eggs and vanilla together for 2 minutes. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet then flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
  • Push 3-4 M&Ms into top of cookie.
  • Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes-be careful, bottoms brown fast.
  • Best flavors are strawberry, lemon, lime & cherry.
