Jello Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup margarine, softened

2 1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 (3oz) package jello gelatin

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

M&Ms

Directions

Beat oil, margarine, sugar, jello, eggs and vanilla together for 2 minutes. Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet then flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.

Push 3-4 M&Ms into top of cookie.

Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes-be careful, bottoms brown fast.

Best flavors are strawberry, lemon, lime & cherry.
