Rustic Pork Chop Jambalaya

                    - 6 pork chops shopping list
 - garlic powder shopping list
 - salt and pepper to taste shopping list
 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced in thin strips shopping list
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced in thin strips shopping list
 - 1 medium onion cut into rings shopping list
 - 1 package yellow rice, *cooked* shopping list
 - 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
 - 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
 - 8-10 dashes louisiana hot sauce shopping list
 - 1/2 cup water shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - My 12 inch iron skillet is perfect for this dish
 - In a large iron skillet, saute' the green and red bell peppers, onion,
 - and minced garlic in the olive oil on low heat until tender
 - Remove from burner
 - Prepare the yellow rice according to directions
 - Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper
 - Then place them on top of the peppers, onion, and garlic
 - Next cover the pork chops with the yellow rice
 - Next pour tomato sauce over the rice
 - Then add Louisianna hot sauce (shake and dash it over all)
 - Last, add the 1/2 cup water
 - Place the iron skillet, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour
