The last time I placed brussel sprouts on my table my oldest son was about 17 (now 21). He got so mad that he stormed up to his room and wouldn't come down to eat because of the smell. Now my hubby and I are the only ones to make and eat them. This is a great post. Can't wait to try them. MJ

I LOATHE brussels sprouts ... or I did until I tried them dredged in olive oil and baked with bacon pieces. Yum. I had thirds. This looks grest too - with the maple syrup, maybe the kids will even try them.
