How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees (f).
  • Spray 4 ramekins (small baking dishes) with cooking spray.
  • Break 2 eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks (don't panic if you do, they'll still taste good).
  • Pour 2 tbls half & half over eggs in each dish.
  • Dot each dish with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
  • Place dishes in larger baking pan; pour warm water around dishes, about 1" deep.
  • Bake 8 minutes for soft cooked eggs, 12 for hard cooked.
  • Serve with toast for dipping.
