How to make it
- Prepare stuffing as directed on box-set aside. Peel zucchini and cube. Put zucchini in boiling water until almost soft(apprx. 3mins). Drain well
- Layer in casserole:
- 2nd-stove top
- 3rd-cream of mushroom soup
- continue until the zucchini is used up and end with cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle on some grated parmesan cheese and bake at a 350 oven for 30 mins.
