How to make it

  • Prepare stuffing as directed on box-set aside. Peel zucchini and cube. Put zucchini in boiling water until almost soft(apprx. 3mins). Drain well
  • Layer in casserole:
  • 1st.-zucchini
  • 2nd-stove top
  • 3rd-cream of mushroom soup
  • continue until the zucchini is used up and end with cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle on some grated parmesan cheese and bake at a 350 oven for 30 mins.
