Zucchini and Stuffing Casserole

Very nice zucchini and stuufing mix. A little different than the normal zucchini casserole. Really nice with chicken

Prepare stuffing as directed on box-set aside. Peel zucchini and cube. Put zucchini in boiling water until almost soft(apprx. 3mins). Drain well
Layer in casserole:
1st.-zucchini
2nd-stove top
3rd-cream of mushroom soup
continue until the zucchini is used up and end with cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle on some grated parmesan cheese and bake at a 350 oven for 30 mins.
