Zucchini And Stuffing Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 box of Stove Top stuffing for chicken

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 large zucchini

parmesan cheese

Directions

Prepare stuffing as directed on box-set aside. Peel zucchini and cube. Put zucchini in boiling water until almost soft(apprx. 3mins). Drain well

Layer in casserole:

1st.-zucchini

2nd-stove top

3rd-cream of mushroom soup

continue until the zucchini is used up and end with cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle on some grated parmesan cheese and bake at a 350 oven for 30 mins.
