Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix together dressing mix, chicken broth and butter.
  • Put half of this mixture in a 9x13-inch buttered casserole.
  • Mix together chicken, green onions, celery, and mayonnaise.
  • Pour on top of dressing mixture.
  • Add the remaining dressing mixture on top.
  • Beat eggs and milk.
  • Pour evenly over casserole.
  • Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
  • Remove from fridge 1 hour before baking.
  • Spread cream of chicken soup over top.
  • Bake covered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serves 6-8
  • I "tweaked" the original recipe a bit to make it less dry. Try this one!
  • I forgot to take a picture of it. Darn!

Sounds delicious, Michelle! And I personally think that with the cheese, canned soup, and chicken broth, it DEFINITELY doesn't need SALT or could possibly be bland! ;')
