Ingredients
  • 3/4 of a 16 oz. blue package Pepperidge Farms Dressing Mix
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 ½ -3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Mix together dressing mix, chicken broth and butter.
  2. Put half of this mixture in a 9x13-inch buttered casserole.
  3. Mix together chicken, green onions, celery, and mayonnaise.
  4. Pour on top of dressing mixture.
  5. Add the remaining dressing mixture on top.
  6. Beat eggs and milk.
  7. Pour evenly over casserole.
  8. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
  9. Remove from fridge 1 hour before baking.
  10. Spread cream of chicken soup over top.
  11. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 20-25 minutes.
  13. Serves 6-8
  14. I "tweaked" the original recipe a bit to make it less dry. Try this one!
  15. I forgot to take a picture of it. Darn!
