Chicken and Dressing Casserole

- 3/4 of a 16 oz. blue package Pepperidge Farms Dressing Mix shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 stick melted butter shopping list
- 2 ½ -3 cups cooked chicken, chopped shopping list
- ½ cup green onions, chopped shopping list
- ½ cup chopped celery shopping list
- ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 ½ cups milk shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together dressing mix, chicken broth and butter.
- Put half of this mixture in a 9x13-inch buttered casserole.
- Mix together chicken, green onions, celery, and mayonnaise.
- Pour on top of dressing mixture.
- Add the remaining dressing mixture on top.
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Pour evenly over casserole.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
- Remove from fridge 1 hour before baking.
- Spread cream of chicken soup over top.
- Bake covered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Serves 6-8
- I "tweaked" the original recipe a bit to make it less dry. Try this one!
- I forgot to take a picture of it. Darn!

Sounds delicious, Michelle! And I personally think that with the cheese, canned soup, and chicken broth, it DEFINITELY doesn't need SALT or could possibly be bland! ;')
