Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced

2 medium carrots, sliced

1 can (15 oz) peas, drained

3 medium onions, sliced

2 celery ribs, sliced

1 1/2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted

1 1/3 cups water

Directions

In a slow cooker, layer the first 6 ingredients in the order listed. Combine soup and water; mix well. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
