Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook potatoes until tender. Cut into quarters leaving skins on if desired. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl,combine sour cream,dressing,bacon, parsley,and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Add potatoes and toss gently.
  • Pour into greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
  • Prepare topping:
  • Mix remaining cup of cheese with fried onions.
  • Sprinkle over potatoes and return to oven uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are browned.
