How to make it

  • Blend , whisk and shake all together.
  • Just before serving add freshly chopped or torn Mint leaves to taste.
  • Serve over fresh greens and vegetables!
  • Store any leftover vinaigrette in fridge.

    The mint wasn't really noticeable; maybe I didn't add enough? This was actually better with italian bread than salad greens.
