Spanish Garlic Shrimp

- 4-6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried red pepper shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 lb. small to med shrimp dhelled and deveined shopping list
- 2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1-2 tsp fresh chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cook garlic with peper and bayleaf in oil in large shallow skillet
- Med-high heat until garlic is golden (3-4 minutes)
- Add shrimp an fook just until they turn pink (3-4 minutes)
- Do Not Overcook
- Remove bay leaf
- Transfer to serving dish
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley
- Serve immediately
