How to make it

  • Cook garlic with peper and bayleaf in oil in large shallow skillet
  • Med-high heat until garlic is golden (3-4 minutes)
  • Add shrimp an fook just until they turn pink (3-4 minutes)
  • Do Not Overcook
  • Remove bay leaf
  • Transfer to serving dish
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley
  • Serve immediately
