How to make it

  • In a medium skillet heat olive oil and garlic. Then brown meat and onions.
  • In seperate sauce pan cobine the rest of the ingredents (except cornstart) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in cornstarch, continue stiring until mixture thckens.
  • In a casarole dish pour liquid over meat and onion mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 miutes.
  • Afer beaf and onions have baked for 90 minutes bring egg noodles to a boil in sauce pan, strain and stir into meat mixture and bake covered for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes.
