Ingredients

About a lb of beef tips or sirloin cut into strips.

1/2 Yellow Onion chopped

1 Clove Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 1/2 Cup of Water

1/4 cup of Au Jus

1/2 Cup Red Wine

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper (or to taste, I like it a little spicer)

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Thyme

2 Tbsp Cornstartch

1 Package Egg Noodles

Directions

In a medium skillet heat olive oil and garlic. Then brown meat and onions.

In seperate sauce pan cobine the rest of the ingredents (except cornstart) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in cornstarch, continue stiring until mixture thckens.

In a casarole dish pour liquid over meat and onion mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 miutes.

Afer beaf and onions have baked for 90 minutes bring egg noodles to a boil in sauce pan, strain and stir into meat mixture and bake covered for an additional 30 minutes.

Serve over mashed potatoes.
