Yummy is all I can say. These are so light and fluffy and with the addition of ranch seasoning, cream cheese and sour cream what's not to love about these delights. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds potatoes diced, cooked in salty water and drained
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package ranch mix
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl beat potatoes with a big mixing bowl, beat potatoes with milk.
  2. Add cream cheese butter and sour cream.
  3. When well combined add ranch mix and pepper and beat well.
