Ultimate Mashed Potatoes

Yummy is all I can say. These are so light and fluffy and with the addition of ranch seasoning, cream cheese and sour cream what's not to love about these delights. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes diced, cooked in salty water and drained shopping list
- 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature shopping list
- 4 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 package ranch mix shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl beat potatoes with a big mixing bowl, beat potatoes with milk.
- Add cream cheese butter and sour cream.
- When well combined add ranch mix and pepper and beat well.
