How to make it
- I take all of the sweat out of this because I Batch Sparge.
- Which means I try to get equal run-offs from my Mashtun.
- For those who have never brewed or done All Grain brewing English Bitter is probably the easiest style to brew.
- And it's very satisfying.
- I will post more on this later.:)
- You typically get about 2 1/2 cases of beer per 5 gallons of Ale.
- Now you can use almost any yeast for this recipe and it come out alright.
- As long as you use a good quality English yeast.
- I've used Munton's Dry with great success!!!
- You want to ferment in Primary between 65-75 Degrees for 3-5 days.
