How to make it

  • I take all of the sweat out of this because I Batch Sparge.
  • Which means I try to get equal run-offs from my Mashtun.
  • For those who have never brewed or done All Grain brewing English Bitter is probably the easiest style to brew.
  • And it's very satisfying.
  • I will post more on this later.:)
  • You typically get about 2 1/2 cases of beer per 5 gallons of Ale.
  • Now you can use almost any yeast for this recipe and it come out alright.
  • As long as you use a good quality English yeast.
  • I've used Munton's Dry with great success!!!
  • You want to ferment in Primary between 65-75 Degrees for 3-5 days.
