Directions
  1. I take all of the sweat out of this because I Batch Sparge.
  2. Which means I try to get equal run-offs from my Mashtun.
  3. For those who have never brewed or done All Grain brewing English Bitter is probably the easiest style to brew.
  4. And it's very satisfying.
  5. I will post more on this later.:)
  6. You typically get about 2 1/2 cases of beer per 5 gallons of Ale.
  7. Now you can use almost any yeast for this recipe and it come out alright.
  8. As long as you use a good quality English yeast.
  9. I've used Munton's Dry with great success!!!
  10. You want to ferment in Primary between 65-75 Degrees for 3-5 days.
