A wonderful spread that I found on the internet. It was awesome on Shrimp Po Boys. It makes 2 cups.

Ingredients
  • 2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 TB. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard or if preferred Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp each crushed red pepper, dried basil, dried thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder
  • Hot sauce to taste

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes. Whisk again to blend. Refrigerate until ready to make Po Boys.
